Hugo Chávez meets with Fidel and Raul in Havana

Guantánamo, Nov. 26, (CMKS) .- The Commander in Chief Fidel Castro and Army General Raúl Castro Ruz, president of the Councils of State and Ministers, met on Tuesday, in Havana, with Hugo Chávez, president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, who finished an unofficial visit to Cuba.
Chávez had lunch and talked with Comrade Fidel on Tuesday noon, November 24, and during the afternoon he met with the President of the Council of State, Army General Raúl Castro, who received him at the "José Martí " International Airport. He exchanged with the leader on the collaboration of both countries and saw him off at the airport on his return trip.
According to a note by the National Television News, the Bolivarian president's visit, as usual, was very pleasing to Cuba, and meetings took place in the fraternal atmosphere that characterizes relations between both peoples and their governments.
Important issues of international character, in particular the ALBA Summit, scheduled to be held in Havana in December were discussed, as well as the extensive and fruitful bilateral ties, which constitute an example of joint cooperation, underlines the source.
